Work Internship, Student Experience in Research is an internship program which offers school students in Grades 11 and 12 a professional or research internship opportunity at the university during Semester 1 and Semester 2, and the opportunity to undertake a 4-week full-time internship during the Summer*.

Internship opportunities are available across our three academic divisions (BESE, CEMSE & PSE), in our 12 research centers, the RISC Lab, SAMA Lab, and Core Labs, and in many of our professional and support departments – including Finance, HR, IT, GBC, HSE, SNA, KAUST Smart, KAUST Innovation, Community Life, and FM.

*The 4-week Summer Program is offered to students going into Grade 11 and Grade 12 in the new school year, and university undergraduate students whose parents live at KAUST.
