As part of the annual Computer Science Education Week (#CSEdWeek), TKS Kindergarten collaborated with university students from the KAUST Robotics, Intelligent Systems, and Control (RISC) Lab. University students supported the KG students as they explored a range of computer science playgrounds; from programming robots, to making their own computers.

The #CSEdWeek event also marked the launch of a robotics learning unit for KG students. The students will contribute robotics ideas and creations at the KAUST Research Conference on Robotics and Autonomy event later in the year.
